21 Days of Prayer & Fasting for Freedom in Christ

“It is for freedom that Christ has set you free.”

Galatians 5:1

Jesus said in Luke 18:1, “Men ought always to pray and not to faint.” We live in difficult and dangerous times from the point of view of faith & freedom. We must act but we also must pray. Cardinal Francis George from the USA said, “I expect to die in my bed, my successor will die in prison, and his successor will die a martyr in the public square.”

Mark Spencer the Executive Policy Officer Christian Schools Australia said, “The issue of religious freedom is not simply a legal issue. It is a cultural one. We need revival! Thank you for your prayers but don’t stop praying.”

This call for 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting has been initiated by the team at the Canberra Declaration and inspired by the Australian Christian Churches call to Prayer & Fasting over this same period. We are thankful for their inspiration. We invite you join with us in this time of Prayer and Fasting for our nation at such a crucial time in Australia’s history.
